What is Cardless Cash?

The Cardless Cash Service allows you to use your mobile device to withdraw cash from your checking account linked to a debit card or bankcard at select Bank of Hawaii ATMs.

Is Cardless Cash safe?

Yes. When you use Cardless Cash instead of your physical debit card, there's no risk of ATM skimming devices capturing your card data or cameras recording your PIN.

Please note: Cardless Cash can only be used on your device that's registered for our e-Bankoh Mobile Banking Service. Our BOH Mobile Banking app features industry standard encryption and no personal information is stored in the app or on your device.

How do you get Cardless Cash?

First, you will need to be signed up for the e-Bankoh Online Banking Services.

To get started, please use the following links to enroll:

  • Hawaii customers: boh.com/hawaiienroll
  • Guam, Saipan and Palau customers: boh.com/westpacenroll

Once enrolled, download the BOH Mobile Banking app from the App Store for iPhones® or the Google Play Store for Android™ devices.

Next, sign into the BOH Mobile Banking app using your e-Bankoh Online user name and password. After agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Agreement, you will be able to use the Cardless Cash service.

All Bank of Hawaii ATMs offer Cardless Cash.

Get cash without needing to insert your card. There is a PIN requirement on your mobile app if it's the first time you're using the service on the mobile app.
